Here's a helpful hint: If your images need to be adjusted, resized, color adjusted, or cropped, please visit Picnik before you upload your images. Picnik makes your photos fabulous with easy to use yet powerful editing tools. The Picnik site is now owned by Google and is a free service. Once your image modifications are made, save the new images to your computer and then begin creating your ListingCards with the ListingCard CardBuilder.

Registration and My Account

Q. How do I register?
A. Click on the "Create Account" link and complete the form.

Q. What are the benefits of registering at ListingCard.Net?
A. You will be able to speed up the time it takes, and increase your accuracy when creating new ListingCards simply by storing your information in your account. In addition, you will be able to view past orders, quickly create a reorder, view the marketing resource area, and take advantage of discounts and specials only offered to account members.

Q. What if I forget my password?
A. Just click 'Forgot My Password' at the login screen, enter your email address, click on the get password button, and we will instantly email your password to you.

Q. What if my email address or other account information changes?
A. To change your account information such as your email address, credit card information, mailing address, billing address, etc., just login to your profile from the home page, update your information, and press 'update'.

Q. How safe is my personal information?
A. We are completely committed to maintaining the privacy of our customers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to marketers. Please see our Privacy Policy for greater detail.

(Note: These prices have not changed since we first opened our Internet 'doors' in 2005. The boss is now eating baloney & banana sandwiches for lunch to help keep costs down which allows us to continue to offer a great product at an awesome price. If you'd like to recommend a good cost effective lunch plan for the boss so that we can continue to keep the costs down, send us your recommendation. We'll just keep it our little secret.)

The Listingcards are two-sided color, with "bleed" images on both sides, and printed digitally on an environmentally sensitive "bright white paper" for the very best quality and results. Click here to learn more about the paper we use and why it makes good environmental sense.

Shipping and Handling Pricing:

All shipments are sent to you via FedEx Ground. All orders that arrive by noon West Coast time generally print and ship by the next business day. Muy rapido! When the FedEx label is generated an email is sent to you allowing you to track your order. This means (baring any delivery problem) it will generally take from 4 to 7 business days to receive your order once you have successfully submitted your order. If you have not received your order by then, please contact us immediately.

The shipping and handling fees range depending upon the size and weight of your purchase. FedEx offers a package tracking feature that allows you to track the delivery progress every step of the way.

Note: It is important that you add your email address in your order so you can link to the FedEx tracking system.

System Requirements

Q. What are the minimum system requirements for using ListingCard.Net?
A. We recommended using any browser such as Internet Explorer from Microsoft, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc. It really helps to be using the newest version of your browser, so be sure to keep it updated!. As for your internet Connection: High speed is highly recommended - DSL or Cable is best since you are transferring large image files. A dial up connection will greatly increase the time to upload your images, particularly if the image is over 150 KB.
Monitor Resolution: 800x600 required; larger resolutions are recommended.
Color Depth: 16-bit color or above recommended; 256 colors required.

Q. I'm an AOL user, what browser do you recommend?
A. Due to limitations with AOL browsers, we recommend that you use Internet Explorer instead. To accomplish this, simply connect to your AOL account, minimize your AOL window, and then open up Internet Explorer.

Q. I have photos on my computer, how do I know they will work?
A. Good question. The easiest way to tell if your photos are going to look their best on your ListingCard is to simply determine the size of the file. On a MAC or a PC, look for the file folder where the photo is located, view the file details, and observe the size of the photo/image file. The minimum file size is 150KB. We also do not recommend uploading files larger than 1.5MB. Set your digital camera save photo images at the highest quality level, if you are not sure.
